All orders from HGH Steroids UK are dispatched from our United Kingdom-based distribution centre. We offer fast, tracked shipping across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy is important to our customers. Every order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or branding visible on the exterior. The sender name on the shipping label is a generic business name that does not indicate the contents of the parcel. Inside the package, products are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Human growth hormone products should be stored at controlled temperatures. During warmer months, we use insulated packaging and cold packs where appropriate to help maintain product integrity during transit. Once received, reconstituted HGH should be stored in a refrigerator at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Unopened lyophilised (freeze-dried) HGH vials can be stored at room temperature (below 25 degrees Celsius) until reconstitution.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, remote islands, and Channel Islands may require an additional 1 to 2 working days. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking as standard. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status from dispatch to arrival. If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours and we will investigate.

Failed Deliveries and Redelivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (for example, if nobody is available to receive it), they will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Most carriers will attempt redelivery the following working day or hold the parcel at a local collection point for a set period. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. An additional shipping fee may apply for reshipments caused by incorrect address details.
